Ashleigh has a Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psychology) from University of Queensland (UQ). Growing up queer in country Queensland, Ashleigh experienced first-hand the impacts of hiding who you are from the world, and the importance of inclusive workplaces to foster authenticity, belonging, and connection. Ashleigh's approach to LGBTIQ+ inclusion is this: How do we create work environments where employees feel safe enough to show up and be seen as their authentic selves?
