Arlene Martinez moved to sunny Southern California from Canada to pursue her career as a Product Manager. She immediately fell in-love with digital products very early on during her college years while working with the school’s website administrator. Her career roadmap in Product Management evolved from first working on the flagship B2B application in the mortgage and finance market at Interthinx to then transitioning in the education industry at XAP Corporation, where she currently helps students plan for successful college and careers. Arlene is very passionate about building innovative products with a strong emphasis on delivering the ultimate user experience. When she is not solving the world’s problems or “nerding out” to the latest technology, you can catch her at concerts checking out her favorite bands, at Cardio Barre enjoying an active lifestyle or at the beach soaking up the California sunshine.
In this ten-week course, students will learn to navigate the product cycle, from evaluating users and managing a roadmap to creating an MVP and developing metrics.
