As an ambitious twenty-something, I found it challenging to navigate the job market. I knew I wanted to work hard and to be successful, yet after working diligently to achieve that ‘big job title’ and ‘healthy paycheck’ I felt more confused than ever. Through my personal journey, I became passionate about helping other young professional women to fully understand the importance of self discovery and investing in uncovering what it is that one truly wants from career.

I bring to BOULD a deep understanding for the real challenges young women face on their journey to success. As the chief connections officer, I curate our coaching programs and work with the best out there - those who will understand your greatest issues and how to best help you overcome them. My favorite leadership development opportunities focus on increasing self-awareness and helping others to stay true to themselves and who they are at their core.

I received my B.A. from the University of Nebraska in 2006, and, like my fellow founders, I graduated from Baruch College with an MBA in Organizational Psychology in 2014. I love being outdoors, when the NYC weather permits! As a Midwestern girl at heart, my dream Saturday involves morning coffee, an afternoon biking excursion to the park, and live music in the evening along with a cold draft beer.
