Anthea’s strategic focus combined with her empathetic client service and meticulous attention to detail continue to win her high praise from clients.
Before joining Siegel+Gale, Anthea lead Ogilvy’s employee engagement specialty, where she partnered with colleagues across branding, activation and sales enablement to help clients deliver on their brand promise from the inside out. Over the past 15 years, Anthea has worked with leading brands such as American Express, Unilever, UPS, DuPont, GE Capital, BP, Bayer and Merck.
In her early career, Anthea was an account executive at a multinational advertising agency. While enduring its particularly difficult workplace, Anthea realized she’d rather spend her days making work better. This sparked a passion for enhancing employee experiences through purpose-driven brands.
Anthea graduated from the Queensland University of Technology in Australia with honors for her BA in business and communication, and was awarded one of two scholarships offered by the Advertising Federation of Australia.
