My life’s work is about human potential. I love the endless possibilities I see in the world through the unique qualities each of us bring to the table.

If there’s one thing that drives me more than anything, it’s using empathy to understand and connect with other people. I believe that listening and taking action is the key to enduring and meaningful relationships.

I am an entrepreneur, a learner, and a problem solver. Ever since I was a young child, I could see opportunities around me. Now, as an adult I see how those opportunities can be realized to create an economic impact in the world. Skills such as creative thinking, judgement, communication, and decision-making are what I obsess about.

The joy I find in each day springs from the passion I have for the work I do: I am the co-founder and CEO of Sparck. Sparck helps companies bring out the best in their people through the strategic art of employee recognition and engagement.

We believe we can bring humanity back into the workplace while also driving strong performance by equipping managers with the right tools and insights to uncover individual employee motivators.

We use this information to create 'Sparck moments', recognition at the right time, in the right way, with the right reward to personalize every experience in a way that is most meaningful.
