Anna taught herself C++ in 2005 to help a friend with his startup. This lead to jobs using PHP, Python, iOS/Cocoa, and Django. She worked for an iOS consulting firm that developed apps for Benjamin Moore, Aflac, Brainshark, and many other brands. Before learning software development, Anna was a full-time jazz trumpet player (you can find her CDs on iTunes).
