Amelia Davis is a local artist, adventurer, and ATL enthusiast! She graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in International Affairs and a minor in Communications and has worked on three other continents in both education and hospitality roles. After living abroad post-college, she moved to Atlanta and began her career in the financial technology field but quickly transitioned to a budding startup, SalesLoft in 2014. After honing her skills as one of SalesLoft's first Account Managers, Amelia decided to follow her passion for education & cultivating communities and joined the team at General Assembly. As the Local Marketing Producer, she helps run all local marketing, events, partnerships, and community management. In the near future, Amelia is launching ATL Assemble, which will be a one-stop shop for Atlantans to find information, inspiration, and ways to connect with those solving issues in the city. Its purpose will be to educate, assemble a community of doers, and empower Atlantans to build a stronger Atlanta. In her free time, she enjoys biking, painting, hosting house parties, and exploring Atlanta.
