Amanda Ramos is an Innovation Director with Gensler’s Consultancy and Not-For-Profit practices with an expertise in workplace design strategy. Her highly collaborative and creative process stems from her education as an architect, and her experience working with interdisciplinary teams of interior, industrial and graphic designers at Gensler, Bruce Mau Design and Ralph Appelbaum Associates. She has lead research projects about change management (repositioned as innovation adoption) and is currently focused on bringing this practice to purpose-driven organizations. CINOs (Chief Innovation Officers) are her newfound favorite collaborators.
