Allison's work at General Assembly dovetails with her ultimate interest in encouraging people to discover and pursue their professional goals.
Before she joined GA, Allison worked for three years as a Recruiter and HR Generalist at Gilt Groupe and before that in the centralized staffing function at Conde Nast. Allison earned her BA in Psychology from Barnard College and currently lives in Brooklyn, NY, where she wanders around farmer's markets, goes for runs and picnics in Prospect Park, and constantly battles the urge to adopt a dog.
