Alexis is a Sydney-based multidisciplinary design leader and Lead UX/UI Designer with over 12 years of experience in design and digital.
Throughout her career, Alexis has worked across a wide range of industries and products, across e-commerce, apps, and even digital publications, collaborating closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure designs created reflect the overall product vision and meets the needs of users. With a background in Front-End Development, she creates dev-ready designs with a focus on functionality and accessibility, and has a unique ability to translate business requirements to everyone involved in a project.
In her current role at Weatherzone, Alexis oversees the Australian design team and ensures that their work aligns with the company's global vision and strategy.
In addition to her work, Alexis is passionate about mentoring up-and-coming junior designers to help them develop their skills and career paths.
When she's not at her desk, you'll find her with her cats, eating ramen, and training BJJ (not at the same time)!
