    Alex Silberman is the Head of Social Media at MassMutual, where he also contributes as a senior member of the media and digital analytics teams. He's got a deep background in social media, content marketing, analytics, as well as media planning and buying (including programmatic). Previously, Alex ran social and media for a large tech company, he led digital strategy for a global P.R. agency, built and managed a team of digital performance experts, managed ad operations for a marketing services firm, built programmatic technology solutions as a product manager and worked on digital strategy for a top-three auto manufacturer. He’s also the semi-proud founder of one failed start-up venture. When not working, Alex is spending time with his wife and two boys, sneaking in a long run or watching football.
