I have been a UX design lead and manager for just over 11 years.
I have led redesigns for companies across the e-commerce space, b2b, media and for native apps at start ups and corporate companies such as Expedia and News Corp.
I am currently the Senior UX Manager for the Expedia supplier (hotels) native apps platform. I have a deep understanding of how businesses communicate with their customers whether that's through a chat experience or using analytics to track traveller engagement. I have a passion for creating delightful user experiences, having created engaging loading animations to celebration moments when you get your first booking.
I also have a strong interest in accessibility and inclusive design. I am in my third year at Expedia on the board for LGBTQIA Expedia employees to help make the company a safer and more inclusive workplace.
