Alex is a Mental Health Ally at Accenture and the Mental Health Lead for its Products division in the UK and Ireland. These are responsibilities he has taken on since returning to work after facing stress-related mental health issues last year.

With a background in PR, Marketing & Communications, Sales and Strategic Campaign Management, Alex is proud to be a member of, and a trainer for Accenture’s Mental Health Ally community (now numbering +1000). He actively promotes the importance of mental fitness and creating a workplace environment where people feel comfortable and confident to voice any concerns about their wellbeing, and one in which people can be supported quickly and effectively.
