Alethea develops large-scale products and programs that bring the best of society's resources to social entrepreneurs and social change organizations, turning complexity and constraints into opportunity. The programs she has built at the Taproot Foundation have mobilized thousands of professionals in rewarding pro bono work, built a game-changing pro bono ethic across the country, and delivered more than $145M in high-quality consulting services to thousands of nonprofits.
Before joining Taproot, Alethea worked in product and content management for technology firms, and as a college instructor.
