He has always believed that great Design (that is grounded in human-centered research) can improve the safety of healthcare in hospitals. Alejo's experience has focused on turning complex workflows into easy-to-use web and mobile applications that help people get their job done in an efficient and safe way - while creating a delightful experience along the way. Other industries of focus in the past have included the airline, consumer health, and telecommunications industries. He has a B.B.A. and a M.S. in Information Systems Technology from The George Washington University. He is also a Certified Usability Analyst through Human Factors International.
