Alan Zucker has over 25-years of hands-on experience managing projects and programs, and leading project organizations. He spent 14 years in the telecommunications industry during its exciting, hyper-competitive period. For the past nine-years, Alan has worked in the financial services industry managing large programs and leading project management organizations. For the past several years, he has led an organization of 100 project managers and is responsible for managing over 250 projects a year.
Alan has begun to share his wealth of experience with the project management community. He authors monthly articles on project management that are available on LinkedIn and ProjectConnections.
