Ajay Kumar has been involved in the real estate technology industry for 8 yrs now. He started Cozee Homes, India's first branded home rental network in 2014 and saw the company through a successful exit in 2018.
In 2019, he started TheHouseMonk with an aim to help property managers and landlords monetize, maintain and manage their rental portfolio through a unified software. The company currently serves 100+ B2B clients across 15 countries and scaling aggressively.
Ajay also writes on his personal newsletter, RealEstateXTechnology where his shares his learnings and musings about technologies impact on the real estate industry.
When he's not in front of his laptop, Ajay loves spending time with his dog, following sports and enjoying a cold glass of freshly brewed beer.
