Originally from Kolkata, India, Aditya is now a proud resident of Chicago. Currently, Aditya heads the North America business unit for O.R. Lasertechnology, a manufacturer of laser machines and 3-d metal printers. In this role, he manages Sales, Marketing, Operations, Services, Accounting, HR, etc with a goal to grow the business top line numbers by a factor of 3x in the next 5 years. Previously, Aditya worked as an entrepreneur on a startup called Givenly.com, where apart from doing everything else that comes with being a founder, Aditya passionately wore the hat of product manager. He previously worked on another startup called RipplIt where he developed mobile apps in the social media space. Prior to that, Aditya was the product manager for one of IBM’s enterprise software products in the procurement space. Aditya is excited about teaching others and sharing his experiences and knowledge with future product managers. When not working or teaching, Aditya likes to relax by traveling, spending time outdoors, and playing sports like Golf and Cricket.
