Aditi currently heads startup investments & programs at Grab Ventures. Before joining Grab, she was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company's Singapore and India offices for 5 years, where she served technology clients across Asia. Pre-MBA, Aditi was a chip designer with STMicroelectronics.
She completed her postgraduate business degree from Indian School of Business with majors in Finance and Operations. She received her Bachelors in Technology from Thapar University in India.
Outside of work, Aditi is a mom to a spirited toddler and a fitness aficionado.
