Adam began his career within the public sector space and was part of successful start-up Caritas Recruitment. After 3 years with the business and a change of government impacting on public sector funding, Adam decided that the Digital space was an exciting area due to ever changing technologies and investment around consumer ecommerce and advertising. He joined boutique Digital Media recruiter StepUpMedia, before joining Nakama Hong Kong in early 2013 as Managing Director, where he has focused on growing the team, along with the Nakama brand in Hong Kong and greater China.
