Adam is Creative Director and co-founder of Thick, a strategic design agency. He is passionate about the potential and power of design to improve people's lives through better government, health, education and environmental service delivery. At Thick, Adam oversees the strategic design process to frame, co-design and make services and products that deliver genuine and meaningful value to people.

Over the past 20 years, Adam has held some of the country’s most coveted senior creative posts; as Creative Director at DT, Digital Creative Director for the Ogilvy group in Melbourne and Digital Director at Cornwell. He continues to lead multiple award-winning UX and service design projects that shift the needle forwards toward a better, fairer, more just Australia.
