Adam recently founded TimelyContent Studios, a content strategy agency that utilizes a proprietary Artificial Intelligence-driven platform to help clients produce and deliver content that dramatically increases organic reach and engagement, while reducing paid advertising spend. As a startup mentor, he advises on growth, marketing, talent acquisition and development, and culture. Adam previously headed up a Digital Transformation/Education initiative at L'Oreal, where he led talent development and learning across the beauty giant's 30+ brands, including Cacharel, Essie, Garnier, Kiehl's, Lancome, Ralph Lauren, in the areas of content and community development, digital transformation, e-commerce and retail modernization. Prior to that, Adam led social media marketing and e-commerce for brands like AKQA, Bausch + Lomb and Chanel, Clorox, Delta, Nike, and Volkswagen.
