            Challenge

            Demand for technology workers remains on the rise, but several groups — including People of Color, LGBTQ+ individuals, veterans, women, and older workers — remain chronically underrepresented in today’s burgeoning sector.

            Solution

            We helped bring together underrepresented groups from Guardian and Humana for a Software Engineering Immersive (SEI) program that transformed non-tech workers into full-stack engineers. In three months, students graduated with critical skills and hands-on experience based on employer demand. Bonus: we received a perfect satisfaction score from participants.
