About this class

In this class you will get an introduction to user experience (UX) research. Discover what a UX researcher does and how research can come to your rescue during product conception, design, and development. You will learn about the variety of research approaches and how to choose suitable methods to answer your research questions. Using practical examples, you will gain insights into all steps towards conducting successful research, from planning to execution and analysis. This class is suitable for Product Managers, Founders, Developers, UX Designers, and others who want to gain a foundation in UX research approaches.
