About This Class

Now that you understand design thinking and how the design process works, it’s time to explore one of the most popular sectors of human centered design and UX, user research.

This free, 2-hour session is the perfect place to get a better understanding of user research. From understanding where it fits into the UX design process, to formulating questions and conducting user interviews, to defining the needs and behaviors of your target audience using empathy maps. You’ll learn how to get into your user’s head using unbiased interview methods to ensure you’re designing products that your users actually need.

Make sure to join our next session: Customer Journey Mapping Basics. Get hands-on practice applying what you learned from our user research to visualize your user’s pain points with a journey map. We’ll see you there
