How come we binge-watch Netflix on the weekend before an important presentation is due, overspend when are really close to reaching your savings goal, or miss an application deadline we have known for months? We will talk about why we self-sabotage, the different ways in which self-sabotage manifests in our lives, and how we can leave it behind.
