About this class

Traditional marketing and sales approaches often don't work today when a product is still being developed and both advertising and sales reps are expensive. Business Development is the effective alternative which is a combination of strategic alliances, marketing and sales to grow business by leveraging other business partners.

Students will learn how to grow their business by having partners bundle their solutions with their own to reach new customers faster and a lower cost. You will get an understanding of the product, pricing, marketing and licensing changes that will be needed to make the most of business development.
