The ability to manage vast amounts of data is crucial to a company's strategic success yet most data analysts time is spent on data preparation and wrangling. This means the data's true value and influence is either hidden, trapped or at best undercooked. To release the full potential of data requires strategic thinking and action but while there are plenty of avenues to learn about the operational aspects of working with data, very few touch on the strategic.
This workshop is highly interactive with group activities and discussions throughout. To participate you will need to:
