Joey Womack Photo

Co-Founder/CEO,
Amplify 4 Good

Rebel with a cause. Hired gun. Analytics junkie. Optimist. Cynic. Serial envelope pusher. Cult creator. Antihero. Pick one, and Joey Womack embodies it. Joey is the Co-Founder and CEO of Amplify 4 Good, an educational startup which uses rapid problem-solving to help social impact organizations and underserved communities globally. Since founding in August 2014, they’ve added companies like CARE USA, Google, the United Negro College Fund, Be The Match, Black Enterprise, Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation, and General Assembly as customers or partners. Evident as a Hive Global Leader, United Way VIP Alumnus, and Awesome Atlanta Foundation Board of Trustee member, trying to equalize socio-economic disparities in communities around the world is his life's purpose. He was bitten by entrepreneurial bug in 2002 when he launched digitalguestlist.com as a graduate student at Florida A&M University. He grew the site to 80,000 subscribers/users, and advertised thousands of events for Fortune 500 companies, agencies, and high-profile promoters during special events weekends like NBA All-Star, Super Bowl, and Essence Music Festival. He also used innovative digital marketing strategies to execute events in the Southeast for brands such as Crown Royal, Ciroc, Smirnoff, Coors Light, Warner Bros., and Hennessy.

Jenn Graham Photo

Founder of Aha! Strategy, Co-Founder of Civic Dinners

Jenn Graham is the founder and CEO of Aha! Strategy, an Atlanta-based social innovation design firm, that works exclusively with nonprofits—at a city, state and national level—to move the needle on important social and civic issues, from early childhood education to transportation to community engagement. She is also Co- Founder of Civic Dinners, a civic engagement platform designed to bring new voices to the table around conversations that matter. Through her work, Jenn has helped raise the Millennial voice by leading the Atlanta Regional Commission's Millennial Advisory Panel and sparked a week-long conversation on regional transit leading the The Great Exchange on Transportation in Gwinnett. She’s led the brand strategy, communications and community engagement for Get Georgia Reading and Talk With Me Baby, a coalition funded by United Way working to bridge the 30 million word gap by training nurses to coach parents on the power of language nutrition. Jenn’s community leadership roles include branding and project lead for (co)lab summit, a Collaborative Leadership Summit organized by Leadership Atlanta in 2013 and TEDxAtlanta co-organizer for 5 years, and over 10 events, helping over 100 speakers prepare for the talk of their life. India Hayes Photo

Co-Founder + Strategic Partnerships Director,

India Hayes has volunteered domestically and internationally for more than a decade. Assisting the homeless resonates personally with her because she has seen first hand the effect of homelessness on citizens of Atlanta. She founded Mini City to directly assist the homeless using her skill set as a tech designer. Hayes knows the importance of clear, effective communication and sustainable efforts. That is why she utilizes her design skills whenever she can for social good and sustainability. She works directly with homeless shelters within Atlanta to further their mission and also find innovative ways to empower all people, particularly women, in shelters. Hayes feels that when you empower women, whether it be within the US or overseas, an entire community is transformed. Mothers, daughters, and female leaders carry on traditions and educating, aiding and informing women is something that Hayes believes will make a community more sustainable and holistically sound. Hayes is a firm believer in volunteer efforts being feasible, viable and most importantly desired by communities in need.
