About this class

Stories have a unique power to appeal to our emotions, shape our beliefs and change our minds. In this class you will learn how to utilize storytelling techniques in business settings to persuade, motivate, raise capital, secure clients, and get press.

If you can’t explain your idea in a compelling way, your pitch can get lost in translation. This class will use interactive exercises, videos and constructive group feedback to teach you the framework to create your own stories and be an efficient public speaker, whether addressing large audiences, your customers, or your team.

Takeaways

Learn to incorporate storytelling techniques when pitching your idea to investors, develop an effective style when presenting your product or service, understand how to incorporate body language that commands attention and respect, and learn how to use your personal story to inspire others, catalyze your audience, and connect with your customers.
