About this class

Exponential top line growth is a common phenomena amongst tech companies that have successfully managed product-market fit. However, this growth can overwhelm a company’s operations causing chaos and failure in execution. If not properly addressed, the result can be a company shutdown.

The aim is to avoid this potential outcome through extensive planning based upon the development of three core foundations: culture, management systems and communication.

During this session our instructor will:

  • Walk through the concept of an entrepreneur’s crisis when growth phase requires founders to transform into managers
  • Explain the 3 broad foundations which need development: culture; management systems and communication
  • Explore what are the key elements of the three foundations
  • Develop a roadmap that is bespoke to the company’s requirements

Takeaways

Students will learn:

  • To recognise the turning point where founders need to embrace change
  • Infrastructure planning for sustaining growth
  • To create roadmaps for long term sustainability
  • How to be in greater control over a company’s direction during hyper growth
  • What processes and resources are needed for developing the 3 foundations
