Arpit works as Senior Product Manager at Wayfair, where he is responsible for their iOS mobile app. He is an experience product manager with over eight years of experience leading technology solutions from the ground up for the healthcare, mobile advertising, e-commerce industries. He is also the COO of the largest ever AR/VR hackathon taking place at the MIT Media Lab during the Columbus Day weekend (Oct 7 -10).

Vanessa Ferranto is an established software product management professional with experience in developing Product and Agile processes in growing B2B and B2C teams. She has a passion for solving complex problems with an emphasis on the user experience across native, responsive web and data-driven products. Vanessa has experience in a variety of industries including Financial Services, Healthcare, Transportation, Digital Media, Mobile Point-of-Sale and most recently in E-Commerce where she is currently the Director of Product at The Grommet. Vanessa is a co-founder of the Boston Women in Product group, whose mission is to build a community that empowers and encourages women in the field of product management, marketing and user experience fields. She is also the co-creator of the Agile Product Open group, which focuses of bring Agile principles to Product management. As BPMA Director of Communities, she works with the Boston Women in Product and Agile Product Open groups to support their success and growth within the Boston area.

Jennifer is an expert in product development. She has more than two decades of experience designing and developing innovative, award-winning commercial applications for enterprises and consumers. Her passion for technology was inspired by an introduction into programming as a teen, and she’s parlayed her knowledge and zeal for cutting-edge technology into product marketing, product management, and engineering leadership roles ever since. Today, Jen is co-founder of a start-up in the machine learning space, focusing on helping retailers to leverage big data to deliver exceptional, personalized customer experiences. Previously, she was CTO at an enterprise software company that developed security, compliance and business software for customers in highly regulated industries. Jennifer is also a mentor and advocate for early STEM education and participates in a number of organizations and events that help promote greater diversity in the technology industry.

Bhavika is a product manager at Pluralsight where she works on the Pluralsight IQ product. She loves building products that help people learn technical skills more effectively. Leveraging her experiences as both a product analyst and user researcher, Bhavika’s strengths are blending quantitative and qualitative insights to inform product decisions. Prior to her product roles at Pluralsight, Bhavika held client-facing roles at Smarterer (acquired by Pluralsight) and General Electric, after completing the GE Commercial Leadership Program.
