Bootstrap is one of the most popular front-end frameworks for building responsive websites; in this workshop, students will discover how to use Bootstrap as a foundation in their next web design projects.
You are welcome to attend the workshop and watch without coding.
However, to actively participate in this workshop, you will need:
Laptop/notebook configured with an editor for HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I will be using SublimeText 2, which can be downloaded for Mac or PC. However, you can use any editor you're comfortable using.
You'll need a copy of Bootstrap version 3. Download the standard format provided on the home page. In the zip, look for the "dist" folder and extract the css, fonts, and js folders.
You'll need a copy of jQuery 1.11 (or the most recent version of jQuery in the 1.x series).
Finally, you'll need the correct set of files for the workshop. Please download these and bring them to class
