About this event

Red Bull Hack the Hits challenges college students and their classmates to see how far music technology can be pushed. This 24 hour hackathon will encourage students to use tools like Ableton, Leap Motion, and musical instruments to develop a new way to play a sound. And - once we find out - we'll have an unforgettable concert party for Bay Area college students in celebration of innovation.

RECESS is a college Music & Ideas Festival hosted at some of the top colleges around the country. They have seen hundreds of the most innovative college students come through their platform and celebrated with some of the biggest names in music like Diplo, Calvin Harris, The Chainsmokers, and more. If they know anything it is how to throw top notch events that bridges the gap between musicians and entrepreneurs.
