This 6-hour Project Management 1-Day Fundamentals Workshop is the interactive and hands-on way to begin your project management journey. You will dive head first into tools and techniques, skill up with exercises, and by the end of the day you’ll be ready to effectively manage projects from start to finish.

Prereqs & Preparation

  • This workshop is for beginners. No prior knowledge or experience required.
  • Participants will need to bring a laptop or writing materials to take notes with.
  • Please download or make a copy of the worksheet. You are encouraged to complete Section 1 of the worksheet, Describe Your Upcoming Project, before the start of class. Together we will complete the remainder of the worksheet during class.
  • If you also have any specific challenges in mind with regards to current or past projects, please bring them with you!
