About this workshop

A great product will almost never receive the recognition it deserves without a solid product marketing strategy. What can you do to launch a product successfully? Suited for small business owners, marketers looking to expand their knowledge or anyone interested in learning more, this interactive 3-hour session provides an introduction to product marketing for anyone interested in learning how product marketing can add the most value at every stage of a product’s lifecycle. Students will learn the fundamentals of research design, positioning, and launch strategies.

We will cover:

  • Market and User Research (Quantitative and Qualitative)
  • Product Positioning by promoting its unique selling proposition (USP)
  • Launch Plan and Strategy include A/B testing
  • Post-Launch Surveys / Feedback Loops to continually refine your marketing strategy
  • User Engagement and leverage on the buzz in the Community
