Part One: Building an MVP Learn how to use the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) philosophy to test and validate your ideas.
This section will take participants through the process of identifying and developing those unique, innovative ideas that will solve problems.
Workshopping will begin with the initial 'ideation' stage; from there we'll show participants how to determine whether an idea is commercially viable, and how to turn your idea into a reality.
Part 2: Communicating and Working with Teams Participants will learn about three different communication styles, identify their own, and watch them at work through group activities. They’ll discover strategies to work more effectively with people who have different styles.
Part 3: User - Centred Design Learn about recruiting and interviewing users, using journey-maps and debriefs to identify opportunities and how to implement innovation in a fast paced environment.
Students will learn the basics of ethnographic research, including writing interview protocol, asking the right questions and capturing debrief information. We will then cover how to use this research to create journey-maps, user profiles and identify feasible and viable opportunities.
Students will then learn how concepts are created, tested, refined and launched.
