One of the key challenges in this process is overcoming the limiting beliefs about what a break means for your career and how to navigate the re-entry process.
Delivered by The Dream Collective's Senior DEI Consultant, Sugandha Bhargava Chapman, this event will explore the following areas:

- Re-framing confidence to embrace new opportunities
- Redefine your career direction based on personal values
This event will allow you to uncover your true goals, help you to get excited about moving forward with a career you're passionate about, and learning to be the best YOU that you can possibly be!
Whether you are looking to get back into work after taking a career break, or figuring out what your next career move is while building confidence in your journey, this event is for you.

About the Instructor
Sugandha Bhargava Chapman
Senior DEI Consultant, The Dream Collective
Sugandha comes from with a plethora of experience from consulting, NFP and the tech industry and took a 4 year gap to start her family and reassess her career. She is an entrepreneur and mum to two wonderful children (and four fur-children!) and understands that returning to work after time away can be tricky - everyone has their own journey that can come with its unique set of challenges. Sugandha is now successfully back at work with a portfolio career spanning teaching, coaching, Board roles, self-employment and is currently a Senior D&I Consultant at The Dream Collective.
