Ashley Brooke James is a 300-hour certified yoga instructor and COO of TRILUNA Wellness—a company dedicated to creating better corporate wellness programs and engaging communities to embrace a more inclusive version of wellness. After a long and stressful career as one of the southeast's top IT recruiters, Ashley left the corporate world behind and enrolled in her second yoga teacher training. Driven by a desire to change the face of healthcare and make yoga a more inclusive space she combined forces with her business partner Elizabeth Moore, who shared a similar vision.
