About this event
Making a career change can be scary. It takes a lot of hard work and commitment, but the reward can land you a lifelong career you truly love! Join us in-person for an open house and to hear from a panel of General Assembly bootcamp graduates about how they broke into the industry. They will share first-hand advice on how you can land that job you want faster and join the workforce successfully. During this panel discussion, we will cover:
- Why taking a bootcamp can help your transition into a new career
- How to take the skills from your bootcamp and apply them to the workforce
- How to standout as a candidate after taking a bootcamp
- How to excel once you have landed the job
⇒ A Note on Health and Safety:
* Participants will be required to show proof of vaccination on the day of the event at check-in.
* Participants will be asked to submit a health questionnaire at check-in each time they visit GA. Please look out for an email from Envoy, our 3rd party campus management system, at least 24 hours before the event date to complete your questionnaire.
* We will be enforcing social distancing of at least 6 feet and classrooms will be at 50% capacity.
* All campus visitors will be required to wear masks while walking around the campus.
* Hand sanitizer and other cleaning supplies will be on-site and available.
