Trina Uzee is the Executive Creative Director of the User Experience and Design Group at Allstate. As a creative, UX and digital trailblazer–she was a UX Director in 2003 before it was a thing–Trina has led and coordinated multi-agency initiatives for some of the biggest brands and agencies in the world like GSD&M, Tribal DDB and Digitas.
Trina is one of the too-few women in UX and Creative Leadership, but that has never been enough. She has always been driven to create. Jewelry designer. Batik artist. Entrepreneur. Inspirational speaker. Mentor. Author. Illustrator. Wife. Mom. Lover of hot baths, yoga, meditation and crystals.
Her fresh perspectives and razor-sharp insights have led to invitations to serve on award show panels, as well as speaking engagements at SXSW, Society Of Digital Advertisers, SheSays Chicago, General Assembly, numerous start-ups and at Allstate. In addition to her day job, Trina is on the strategic leadership team of AWIN, the women's group at Allstate, creating all of the self-care and wellbeing programs for AWIN. She also leads the meditation practice for Allstate enterprise-wide.
As CMO, Monica is responsible for developing and leading xAd’s marketing and research functions, as well as overseeing the company’s communications and strategically positioning it in the location based mobile marketplace.
Monica’s tenure in the industry includes 14-plus years of marketing and advertising, including a solid foundation in online advertising, sales, strategy and account management. Prior to xAd, she served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Strategy at TMP Directional Marketing, where she helped launch a digital-marketing division called 15miles.
Well regarded in the space, Monica is currently on the board of the Mobile Marketing Association (MMA) and is founder and chair of the MMA’s Location Committee. Most recently Monica was recognized as one of The Most Powerful Women in Mobile Advertising by Business Insider and was named one of Mobile Marketer’s Mobile Women to Watch.

Alison joined the Chicago Cubs in 2012 and is responsible for branding, marketing, fan research, advertising, broadcasting and entertainment for the Chicago Cubs, Wrigley Field and Hickory Street Capital. Prior to joining the Cubs, Alison spent over a decade in marketing at General Mills where she was tasked with brand management of products including Cheerios, Chex, Pillsbury, Betty Crocker. Alison earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and her MBA from Harvard Business School. She was a starter on the women’s basketball team at Michigan, helping lead the Wolverines to two NCAA appearances. Alison was recently recognized by Ad Age in the 2016 class of “Women to Watch.”

A 2015 recipient of PRWeek’s Innovation 50 Award and a 2016 PRWeek 40 Under 40 honoree, Obele has led national and global marketing initiatives with Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies for brands like Cars.com, United Airlines, Motorola and Mattel. Additionally, Obele was responsible for the 2007 launch of the website for The Week Magazine – orchestrating the strategy that lead to the site reaching 1.2 million unique visitors within the first year of launch.
Currently Senior Vice President, Digital Account and Engagement Lead at Weber Shandwick Chicago, Obele’s role is to elevate digital and integrated thought leadership for all Weber Shandwick clients.

Ashley Krammer is a member of the Board and the Events Committee for Chicago’s Women in Wireless organization. She is a Partner and Associate Director with Mindshare, currently helping to manage a growing team dedicated to driving innovation and digital strategy for the Tyson Foods brands. She previously managed the Kimberly-Clark account for two years, along with helping to build the Kimberly-Clark and BP’s trading desks at Mindshare from the ground up. Ashley also previously worked at VivaKi and Neustar.
After graduating from the University of South Carolina in 2010 with a degree in business and management, Ashley moved to Chicago and began her career in digital advertising. She credits her love of the industry with a long-held interest in how people make decisions in their daily lives and how different marketing approaches can alter those decisions and perceptions. Ashley and her husband, Andreas, enjoy drawing on this interest by traveling abroad and exploring other cultures’ food, history, and ways of life.
The Chicago Women in Wireless Chapter re-launched in November 2015! Focusing on encouraging and developing women in the mobile and digital space the chapter has been able to gather a large following fast. Our events focus around industry hot topics, networking and inspiring speakers. We strive to spread the Women in Wireless mission to all Chicago women in the digital and mobile profession.
