Mentors have a critical role to play in developing the next generation of entrepreneurs and tech talent. Too often, people from disadvantaged backgrounds lack access to supportive mentors. This can lead to missed opportunities to build skills, discover career pathways, or create successful businesses.
Toptal and General Assembly recently launched a partnership to provide mentorship from top web developers to alumni of General Assembly's Opportunity Fund. On December 9, General Assembly and Toptal will co-host an event at General Assembly's New York campus.
This panel discussion will focus on the role of mentorship in building the next generation of top talent and empowering people from diverse communities around the world. We hope to see you there!
