Melitta Hardenberg is a leading leadership and organisational change specialist, who also focuses on habit breaking. Melitta comes from a corporate background, designing positive wellbeing programs and delivering them across thousands of people across Australia. Melitta has been featured on Channel 7, Yahoo, The West Australian, The Australian Management Magazine and her clients include NAB, KPMG, Woodside, WA Police and Edith Cowan University. As a qualified executive coach and certified strengths coach, Melitta helps leaders and organisations understand, connect and invest in their greatest areas of value both for themselves and for the teams they lead.

Danielle Peters is the founder and Director of FUN at The Training Store. As Master Licensee for ANZ of the World Famous FISH! Philosophy program, she is passionate about helping organisations transform culture and has been facilitating FISH! Philosophy workshops, keynotes and speaking at conferences across Australia for close to a decade. Danielle’s passion and enthusiasm is contagious and some of her recent clients include; CASA, Lite n Easy, Western Sydney University and Canon Medical Systems. She collaborated with the founders of the World Famous FISH! Philosophy for development of the new FISH! online course and is keeping busy with setting up international partnerships and distribution channels in between speaking events.
