About this class

There is nothing like going to work and coming home DRAINED because of a design meeting where your JERK co-worker or stakeholder gives you a hard time. How do you deal with the Aggressor? The Withdrawer? The Blocker? The Last Minute Pleader?

This is a class for designers who want to develop their soft skills and become stronger leaders. It is true what they say - the soft skills are hard! Learning a few strategies makes a HUGE difference and this workshop will help you practice and role play with a variety of difficult personality types.
