About this class

Bots, conversational interfaces, and conversational commerce are the next disruptors. How will human computer interaction and natural language processing affect how we communicate and interact with the brands we know and love?

In this Conversational Product Design One-Day Workshop, we will design and build a simple conversational product together. We will build a product that can respond via SMS or chat interface, and that you'll be able to use to experiment and further develop your product ideas.

In this workshop, you will:

Learn about conversational design, its principles and why it's important Learn how to use conversation as a design tool Create a simple conversational product Build a real product with existing services Plug in a brain to your product using available services This workshop is recommended for designers, developers, product owners and anyone curious about how to get started designing conversations.
