About this workshop
The Lean Startup methodology has become one the most influential ways in which entrepreneurs have been able to validate their product ideas quickly and with minimal costs. Lean Startup movement has it's origins in Silicon Valley but has embraced by startups and established corporations throughout the world.
We will cover the concept of the minimum viable product (MVP) and how to use it to test out hypothesis about product ideas and features. We'll discuss the Build–Measure–Learn loop and the importance of incorporating metrics into your MVP tests.
This course will also cover the Lean Startup principle of product market fit and why it is so important for today's entrepreneurs.
