About this event
Ladies Lounge, a monthly event series hosted by GA, is spending March with Boston wellness startups and organizations to transform this event into a health + wellness expo!
Why it Matters
We all do it...We start off the New Year with a laundry list of goals: drink more water, get more sleep, find a better work/life balance etc. But by March, the winter blues have taken over and a lot of those wellness goals we set for ourselves take a back seat to Netflix and left over Valentines Day candy.
Now that it is March, we are bringing together some of the inspiring leaders in Boston's wellness community to help get us back on track. Join us for an wellness expo and meet experts that are helping us live healthier, happier lives in 2019. In addition, we'll be offering yoga from 7pm-8pm so bring your yoga mat if you'd like to join us for that! There will be massages and raffles as well!
Sign up for the yoga session here: https://generalassemb.ly/education/ga-yoga-break/boston/72072

one-to-one assisted stretching
Our stretch technique uses myofascialrelease to break up adhesions that form in the connective tissue, increasing mobility, range of motion and triggering the release of metabolic waste. With feedback from you about what feels tight and contracted, we apply our protocol to target acute pain, while realigning the entire muscular system. Feel lighter, stronger and looser in just 30 minutes.

ASICS has been dedicated to designing the most technically advanced footwear and athletic products in the world for over 60 years. In 1949, Mr. Kihachiro Onitsuka began his athletic footwear company (Onitsuka Co., Ltd.) by manufacturing basketball shoes out of his living room in Kobe, Japan. He chose the name ASICS for his company in 1977, based on a famous Latin phrase "Anima Sana In Corpore Sano", which when translated expresses the ancient ideal of "A Sound Mind in a Sound Body." ASICS was founded on the belief that the best way to create a healthy and happy lifestyle is to promote total health and fitness.
ASICS products were introduced to the United States in 1977 and brought with them an incredible story of athletic performance and technical advancements.
