IntroductionThe New Year is always a mark of new beginnings. After some introspection, it is a chance for us all to reevaluate goals and set our path for what is to come. With that in mind, the General Assembly Boston team is inviting you to attend our upcoming Course Expo to connect with likeminded people and to learn how we can help you grow in your career (or start over and make a big change).

Why it matters? A recent Gallup study on 'How Millennials Want to Work and Live' showed that 60% of employees ages 20-36 years old are open to different job opportunities.

Gallup's Chairman and CEO, Jim Clifton also reported that "Millennials don't just work for a paycheck ― they want a purpose."

We all want to find meaning and fulfillment in the work we do. It has led to a cultural shift among employees, that are now more focused on personal development and growth.

What you will take away? General Assembly's sole mission is to support people in finding work that they love.
