About this workshop
In this workshop, you will learn how to build an app in Xcode using the latest techniques and tools. You will be working with Storyboards and Swift source code to rapidly build an app where you will learn the essential concepts of iOS user interface development. Additionally, you will learn how to access backend services via REST API, enabling your app to link into websites or your own custom backend. You will spend most of your time in this class hacking in Xcode. There will also be discussion of good design patterns, latest development technology and trends, and resources you can use to further develop your iOS skills.
