About this workshop

The purpose of this workshop is to help current and new entrepreneurs/intrapreneurs scale an idea. The workshop will focus on root-cause analysis to determine the organizational or product challenge while also enabling the participants to ideate on a current concept or product. Once the challenge is understood, participants will focus on thinking through key areas and solutions in the following stages: MVP Phase, Traction Phase, Growth Phase.

Key concepts of organizational strategy, capital management, and building a brand will be stressed. This workshop is designed to get you up and strategically thinking about scale over a few hours of your day. The focus will be on module-oriented learning with leading students through the most important techniques and concepts when considering scale.
